BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE MINUTES
Tuesday, November 20, 2007
Present: Tom Moran, Kristen Picone-Barricelli, Sandra Power, Mary Ellen Halliwell, Judith Wolfe, Shirley Walker and Roberta Clement, Robyn Brown and Paul Falconer, and Ellen Talkowsky
Tom brought the meeting together at 7:35 p.m.
New Member, Paul Falconer, introduced himself to the Committee.
Discussion regarding the Treemendous Event, including a sign-up sheet, tickets, labels, programs, judges for awards and 20 businesses participating.
It was suggested that a pictorial be added to the Beautification Committee page on the City’s website.
The meeting adjourned to the East India Mall for decorating of Committee’s donated tree.
Next meeting: Tuesday, January 22, 2008 @ 7:30 p.m.
