Description
This site provides information about wind power on a local scale in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The UMASS Renewable Energy Research Lab (RERL) exists to promote education and research in renewable energy technologies, with a focus primarily on wind energy projects which are located throughout New England.
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MTC) is the Commonwealth's development agency for renewable energy and the innovation economy. Salem's Renewable Energy Task Force has continuously worked with the MTC in studying the potential for wind and solar energy projects in Salem.
