Come Celebrate the City of Salem's Second Annual Youth Week

The City’s Youth Commission has once again collaborated with several organizations, local businesses and organizations in sponsoring the City of Salem’s second annual Youth Week celebration.  Youth Week will begin this Saturday, April 18th through Saturday, April 25th.

To kick off the week, kids may come down to the Collins Middle School and make their own sundaes for free from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.  The event is entitled Sundaes on Sunday and is being sponsored by the Plummer Home for Boys and Puleo’s Dairy, who is donating all the ice cream.  Throughout Youth Week, there will be various activities for students of all ages ranging from Open Swim, Guitar Hero and Rock Band competitions, free movies, a bike ride competition and scavenger hunt, to name just a few.
