The Collector’s Office is responsible for collecting monies due to the city including but not limited to Real Estate Tax, Personal Property Tax, Motor Vehicle Excise Tax, Boat Excise Tax, Parking Ticket Fines, Water and Sewer Bills, Trash Bills, Passports and Resident Parking Stickers.  Effective December 1, 2010, Parking Ticket Hearings will be done in writing until further notice.
