Public Hearing Request for a Determination of Applicability- Patricia and Scott Hanford 43 Valley Street Salem. The purpose of the hearing is for a determination of work related to the after-the-fact installation of an in-ground pool, patio, and associated re-grading at 43 Valley Street.
Public Hearing —Notice of Intent —City of Salem 120 Washington Street Salem, MA 01970. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the proposed remediation and construction of a park at 15 Peabody Street located within a Riverfront Area, land subject to coastal storm flowage, and buffer zone of a coastal bank.
Continuation of a Public Hearing—Notice of Intent— Dana DiLisio, 100 Swampscott Road, Salem, MA 01970. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the construction of a paved go-cart track and parking lot expansion within isolated vegetated wetlands, bank resource area, and buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands at 100 Swampscott Road.
