Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—City of Salem, 120 Washington Street, Salem, MA 01970. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the cleaning of multiple stormwater culverts in Land Under Water Bodies, along Coastal Banks, and within Land Subject to Flooding at locations throughout the City of Salem.

· Request to remove trees on Con Com land adjacent to 37 Intervale Road
· Request for a Certificate of Compliance- DEP #64-388—Lionel Pelletier 7 Brook Street. Construction of a single family home, driveway, and associated utilities.
