City Council Agenda 02-25-2010

 Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday,

February 25, 2010 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of transacting any and all business.  Notice of
this meeting was posted on February 18, 2010 at 6:06 P.M.
        

       Absent were:

       Council President McCarthy presided.

Transfer of $27,000.00 from “Fund Balance – Free Cash” to “Veterans Benefits”



Transfer of $10,000.00 from “Receipts Reserved – Golf Course” to the following accounts:

        Golf Irrigation $2,500.00

Transfer of $2,200.00 from “Receipts Reserved – Sale of Vaults” to “Cemetery – Burial”



ORDER: City of Salem accepts a Release Deed from SESD to the City of Salem for a trunk sewer line on Szetela Lane and Sewer Manhole #5 in Derby St. together with rights and easements and to authorize the Mayor to execute the Release Deed from SESD on behalf of the City of Salem.
