The following is the Agenda for the Salem Commission on Disabilities meeting set for June 19th 2007 at 4:00pm. This meeting is to be conducted at the Salem Access TV 285 Derby St.
This month, the first hour of the meeting has been reserved for our guest, Meg Robertson, Mobility Director for the Mass Commission for the Blind. Meg will give a presentation on Emergency preparedness. Meg has visited many organizations over the past few years to share tips and tricks and an array of information found by her research on this topic of emergency Preparedness.
An invitation from this Commission to Joanne Scott, Salem’s Health Agent and, Chairwoman for the North Shore Emergency Preparedness Coelition, will be placed so that she may have the opportunity to also enjoy and gain benefit from Meg Robertson’s presentation.
Old Business:
A. Rock Church varience: The A.A.B decision that was conducted on May 21st 2007 for this North St. organization.
New Business:
A. New varience request: Salem State’s request for their Administration building and a lift at that site.
