HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 29, Section 23A of the Massachusetts General Laws, that a meeting of the Salem Licensing Board will be held on Monday, December 14, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. in the third floor conference room, at City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street.

AGENDA

1.      Application for a One Day Liquor License. Applicant: Hamilton Hall

2.      Discussion with Oceanside Auto to increase number of vehicles on lot from 14 to 21.     

3.      Renewal of an Individual Fortunetelling License. Applicant: William Lazdowski

4.      Renewal of an Individual Fortunetelling License. Applicant: Richard Watson

5.      Application – Common Victualler’s License. Applicant: Mastoran Corp. d/b/a Burger King at 259 Highland Ave. Vote to extinguish existing License.

6.      Application – Common Victualler’s License. Applicant: SAM, LLC d/b/a Café Jefferson 293 Jefferson Ave. Vote to extinguish existing license.

7.      Application – Common Victualler’s License: Applicant: Fran & Diane’s LLC d/b/a Fran & Diane’s Kitchen at 333 Lafayette Street.

8.      Application – Transfer of Liquor License and application for Entertainment License. Applicant: Adriatic Group, LLC d/b/a Adriatic Restaurant and Bar currently Edgeway Corp. d/b/a Edgewater Café at 155 Washington Street.     

9.      Application – Homerule Petition License. Applicant: Derby Deli. 

10.     Discussion with Spiros Gas Station
           
11.     Vote of the Board to increase Lodging House annual fees for the 2011 year.
        
12.     Vote of the Board for all Liquor License, Common Victualler License, Auto Dealer License, Lodging House and Automatic Amusement renewals and Entertainment license renewals and hours.

13.     Approval of Minutes from 11/23/2009 meeting

14.     Adjournment
