The City of Salem submitted the 2008 Harbor Plan Update to the Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs for review and approval based on the recommendation of the Harbor Plan Implementation Committee. The State will hold a public hearing in Salem on the Plan. The date and place will be advertised in the Salem News and on the City website.
