Halloween Resident Parking Pass

Halloween Resident Parking Passes are available for residents who reside on the streets listed below.  The parking passes will be valid from October 1st through November 1st and are made available through the Citys Parking Garage located at 1 New Liberty Street.
(M-F 6:30-6:30)

        *proof of residency is required (both license and registration)

Passes available for residents living on : Winter St., Pleasant St., Pleasant Street Ave., Webster St., Pickman Street, Spring St., Andrew St., Briggs St., Boardman St., Forrester St., Emerton St., Essex St., from Webb St., to Hawthorne Blvd., Washington Sq., Oliver St., Hawthorne Blvd., Curtis St., Parker Ct., Milk St., Brooks Ct., Webb St., Lemon St., Cross St., from Saunders St. to Lemon St., Derby St., between Turner St., and Webb St.


Parking Passes are also available for Blaney Street lot. Must show Proof of Residency.
