Mr. Hill,

Our firm, Rich and Associates, Inc., specializes in the study, planning and design of parking systems. We are interested in submitting a proposal in response to the RFP referenced above.

We would like to know what the boundaries of the study area are. While the RFP discusses a study of the downtown parking system, it would be helpful to us to have street boundaries so that we may properly plan our approach and staffing based on the number blocks we will be analyzing.
