For entrance to Winter Island, Forest River Park and McCabe Marina for 2008-2009, will be available to purchase beginning Tuesday, April 18, at the Council on Aging Building, 5 Broad Street. The Council on Aging building hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, and Thursday evenings until 7:00pm. The fee is $20 and you will be required to bring in your license and registration. We will place the sticker on your car. For a second car in your household, the fee is $5, you must bring in registration.vehcile pass form.doc
The fee for residents ages 60 and over is $15 for the first car and $5 for a second car.
You may use the attached form to mail in for vehicle pass sticker if you are unable to make it pick up a sticker at our location.
2008-2009 Resident and Non Resident Park vehicle passes

Vehicle passes are for entrance to Winter Island, Forest River Park and McCabe Marina. They are good for 2 years.
The fee is $20 for residents for one car and $5 for a second car in same household
