-Submitted conceptual scope and budget to MSBA on 4/19
-Bldg. Committee Voted to start IG process for CM-at-Risk on 4/20
-Submitted Evaluation Reports to MSBA on 4/25

Major Milestones for Project
-Meet with MSBA and define scope by mid-late May (earlier is possible)
-Schematic Design package (including scope and budget) to MSBA by June 17 – critical date
-MSBA Board Vote – July 27 – critical date
-Special City Council Meeting in August to discuss project and MSBA reimbursement offer
-City Council votes early and late Sept to appropriate funds for the project
-Execute the PFA with MSBA in late October
Major Milestones for CM Procurement:
-Complete IG Application and CM RFQ by May 1
-Obtain IG approval to go CM-at-Risk by third week in June
-Advertise the CM RFQ and prequalify CM’s by July 27
-Issue RFP by August 1
-Execute a CM agreement for Pre-Con Services by Sept. 1
- City Council Meetings in August
- School Building Committee – appoint pre-qualification committee for CM before RFQ goes out
