1. Old Town Hall Reuse – Discussion with the Mayor about the reuse of Old Town Hall.
2. Retail Market Study – Update and discussion on the RFP for the Downtown Retail Market Study.

3. South River Harborwalk – Discussion and vote on the Schematic Design Plans for the South River Harborwalk.
4. 17 Central Street (Old Police Station/ Residences at Museum Place) – Discussion with the developer on outstanding issues remaining for the project.

5. 120 Washington Street – Discussion of the proposed improvements to the rear of 120 Washington Street.
