REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT REVIEW
1. Retail Market Plan – Discussion and vote on the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Downtown Retail Market Plan.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT REVIEW
2. 17 Central Street (Old Police Station/ Residences at Museum Place) – Discussion with the developer on
outstanding issues remaining for the project.
SMALL PROJECT REVIEW
3. 120 Washington Street – Discussion and vote on the Design Review Board (DRB) decision to approve
the proposed improvements to the rear of 120 Washington Street.
4. 143 Washington Street/43 Front Street (The Distillery) – Discussion and vote on the DRB
recommendation for approval of the proposed window boxes.
5. 71 Washington Street (Salem Five Bank) – Discussion and vote on the DRB recommendation for
approval of the proposed exterior paint change.
