2. 275-281 Essex Street (CF Tompkins Building) – Discussion of the Schematic Design Plans for the proposed redevelopment.

3. 17 Front Street (J. Mode) – Discussion and vote on a waiver of the SRA Sign Ordinance to allow vertical lettering on the sign for J. Mode.
4. 17 Front Street (J. Mode) – Discussion and vote on the Design Review Board recommendation of proposed signage.
