Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds                                         DRAFT
Minutes of the January 12, 2012 Meeting
 
Present:  Robert Lutts, Raymond Vaillancourt, Thaddeus Buczko
               and William P. Goreham
Absent:   Mayor Driscoll

Robert Lutts called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.

The Salem Council on Aging submitted seven requests for assistance with medical expenses.  After review, Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve $729.74 from the Endicott Fund for the expenses.  The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.

The minutes of the December 8, 2011 meeting were reviewed.  Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes.  The motion was seconded by Robert Lutts and voted unanimously.

Large Grants for the current quarter were dispersed.  

Attorney Steven Smith requested information for a client on how to donate funds to the Board.  The Clerk will send out our brochure.  The brochure still has Mary Lou Tuttle as the Treasurer.  The Clerk will review the information for updates.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
