Frequently Asked Questions - Parking Department
Where do I pay my parking tickets?  Tickets may be paid at Salem City Hall located at 93 Washington Street in the Collector's Office.  They may also be paid at Kelley & Ryan Associates, 2 Broadway Street, Beverly, Ma.  If you would like to mail your tickets, you may send them to Kelley & Ryan Associates, P.O. Box 27 Hopedale, MA 01747.  Telephone inquiries should be made to Salem City Hall, Collector's Office, 978-745-9595.
