CITY OF SALEM
North Street Improvement Project Update - November 27, 2006
We anticipate that major construction will begin again in March or April of 2007. This meets with the schedule provided by Mass Highway's contractor. The project is still on schedule to be completed in 2008.
North Street (Rt. 114) Construction Project Information
General
The Project is being constructed with federal and state funding under the direction of the Massachusetts Highway Department (MHD). The Contractor is A. R. Belli, Inc. of Newtonville, Massachusetts. The design engineer is Earth Tech who will be providing support to the City and MHD during construction.

Construction Commencement: August 2006
Final Completion Date: July 2008
