NOTICE OF SITE VISIT

 

Notice is hereby given that a site visit of the Salem Conservation Commission will be held at the Salem Maritime National Historic Site at 163 Derby Street on Monday, April 8 at 11:00 A.M. The group will meet by the Salem Maritime National Historic Site sign at Derby Wharf. In the event of inclement weather, the group will meet inside the Waite & Pierce Building at 193 Derby Street.

 

The purpose of this site visit is for the project team to provide a tour of the project site for work approved through the Conservation Commission’s 1/8/2024 Order of Conditions (DEP #64-787), including the stabilization of Derby Wharf, floating dock and deck repair, replacement of pilings, waterline repair, and utility, building, foundation, and landscaping maintenance.
