NOTICE OF MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Salem Conservation Commission will be held on April 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. via remote participation in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.

 

Important Announcement:

The public may participate, listen and/or view this meeting while in progress via the remote participation platform Zoom, through any one of the following ways:

 

 

  • Dial toll-free number 1-833-548-0282. When prompted, enter Webinar ID and Passcode and follow the instructions to join the meeting.
Providing Public Comment Remotely During the Meeting:

Members of the public attending this meeting virtually will be allowed to make comments during the portion of a public hearing designated for each item. Members of the public will be asked to use the virtual “Raise Hand” function in Zoom to indicate that they would like to provide comment through on of the following ways:

 

  • Enter *9 on phone dial pad to raise your hand if you are using the toll-free phone number, proceed to enter *6 to unmute when called upon to speak.
  • Click the “raise hand” button if you are using the Zoom application on a computer or phone.

 

Providing Public Comment Before the Meeting:

Members of the public may email their comment no later than four hours before the start of the meeting to: kkennedy@salem.com.

 

The Zoom webinar will open 15 minutes before the start of the meeting to allow participants to connect and practice the audio and raise hand functions.
