Register John O’Brien invites homeowners who work daily from 8 am – 5 pm to meet with his staff during evening office hours 4 pm to 7 pm at Salem City Hall Annex 120 Washington Street.  Staff from the SED Registry of Deeds will be available to assist residents of Southern Essex County with their property document questions.  Homestead information and forms, certified copies of documents, plans and other recorded documents will be available.  For further information call 978-542-1705 or email southernessexcustomerservice@sec.state.ma.us
