Outstanding Salem Senior Nomination Form   ~   Senior Day June 1, 2024

The Council on Aging is currently accepting nominations for exceptional seniors. Do you know someone who lives in Salem and exhibits community spirit, leadership, or dedication to serving others? We know there are many older adults, ages 60 and above who are worthy of special recognition. Exceptional seniors will be recognized at Salem Senior Day on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Forest River Park.
