Planning Board
Will hold a Site Plan Review public hearing pursuant to Section 9.5 of the Salem Zoning Ordinance at the request of AL PRIME ENERGY CONSULTANTS, INC for the property located at 175-183 LAFAYETTE ST (Map 34, Lots 126 & 127), Salem MA. The proposed project includes the demolition of two existing buildings on the site, construction of a convenience store and canopy over three (3) gasoline pumps, and associated parking.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 7:00 PM, in Room 313, Third Floor at 120 Washington Street in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws. A copy of the application and plans are on file and available for review during normal business hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, Third Floor, 120 Washington Street, Salem, MA.
