Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, 120 Washington Street, 3rd floor, Salem, MA 01970, on or before 10:00 am, August 18, 2011 at which time and place they will be opened and read for the following:
HVAC SERVICES FOR THE TOWN OF SWAMPSCOTT
The Bid award is made by the Purchasing Agent and is subject to approval by the Swampscott Town Administrator. The City of Salem/Town of Swampscott reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the Bid process, if deemed in the Town's best interest.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am, at Swampscott Town Hall, first floor conference room, 22 Monument Street, Swampscott, MA., 01907. Please call the Public Works Department at 781-596-8860 for directions.
Bid Documents containing Specifications, Requirements, and Conditions will be/are available upon request after10:00 am, August 3, 2011, at the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, 120 Washington Street 3rd Floor, Salem, Mass.
