Will hold a public hearing for a Request for Determination of Applicability under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c131ยง40 and Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance at the request of US COAST GUARD, 300 Metro Center Blvd Warwick RI. Purpose of hearing is to discuss installing aids to navigation at 3 offshore ledges in Salem Sound: Brimbles, Hardy Rock and Satan Rock. Hearing will be Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 6:00pm at City Hall Annex, 120 Washington St Rm 313.
