Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, 120 Washington Street, 3rd floor, Salem, MA 01970, on or before 2:00 PM, July 11, 2012 at which time and place they will be opened and read for the following:
FIRE DETECTION & ALARM SYSTEM SERVICE, REPAIR AND TESTING
The Bid award is made by the Purchasing Agent and is subject to Mayoral approval. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the Bid process, if deemed in the City's best interest.
Bid Documents containing Specifications, Requirements, and Conditions will be/are available upon request after10:00 am, June 20, 2012, at the Office of the City Purchasing Agent, 120 Washington Street 3rd Floor, Salem, Mass.
