Meeting Notes
12-20-07

Matt Veno calls the meeting to order and counts all

Frank Clocher moves approval of minutes, Pamela Greaves

Mayor arrives

John Walsh – we’ve done the best we can do –

Motion to get a memo from the solicitor that ties all the research together on the deed/land use search

Fairly comparable to the Playground site and Ft. Lee
Chart – no prescriptive, use it to
Used site analysis criteria and put them into discrete categories
Didn’t consider the use of both Memorial drive sites (john)

Teasie – there may be some reluctance to use Camp Naumkeag
        I like the document, it’s very helpful

John: We need to think/talk about use of Camp Naumkeag as an improvement/enhancement

John Walsh to create a Financial Analysis Working Group, seconded by Frank Clocher
Review financing finacigin and reportto the comttee with reocmmendations

Kim will work to get this group together

John Walsh moves that we move theh Broad Street site off the main list, put it at the top of the backup list.  Preferred sites are Ft. Avenue site, and Playground sites, with ancillary uses at the Camp Naumkeag site.

Paul Lanzkils – will hold meeting on Jan 15th at noon at the COA with Toby Carlin around catering and revenue producing.
