AGENDA – August 20, 2008
1.. Design of chapel conversion to cremation niches (still looking into it)
2. 10 seasonal help this year (helps in the added responsibilities of Open Space)
3. Opened up the Quaker/ Essex St cemetery by pruning back low growth for visibility
4. Grave digging is improving all the time
5. Each pond is down to one fountain (fountains are going on 13 years old)
6. 14 large expired trees are contracted out to be removed (just about done)
7. Greenhouse materials to be delivered this Friday (for enclosure of)
8. Front gate to be welded (broken hinge)
9. Price increase
