Clark Ave- Woodlands Cluster Subdivision

Although not a public hearing, you are hereby noticed that the Salem Planning Board will conduct a site visit for:

Project:      Definitive Subdivision and Cluster Residential Development Special Permit and Stormwater Management Permit application for the construction of a roadway to serve twenty-six (26) residential lots.

Location:   Clark Avenue, Assessors Map 6, Lots 7, 8, and 9. The site visit will begin at the undeveloped space between 13 and 21 Clark Ave.
