SCHOOL COMMITTEE RETREAT 

Notice is hereby given that the Salem School Committee will hold a School Committee Retreat on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to discuss the topics below. The meeting will be held in person at Salem State University, Viking 123, 71 Loring Ave., Salem MA 

AGENDA 

Discuss projections and updates on Student Opportunity Act advocacy

II. Report out on superintendent’s 2022 goals and self evaluation

III. Discuss plan for compiling and completing superintendent’s evaluation 

IV. Review a series of miscellaneous items that require additional input 

Coordination of athletic resources among the middle schools, high school, and city programs

Share the strategic planning process 

Plan for establishing SY23-24 school calendar 

Salem Prep / New Liberty lease
