Municipal Lien Information

Municipal Lien Certificates must be requested in writing and include the Current Owner, New Owner, Property Address, and Parcel ID. The Parcel ID is found on each tax bill, or by going to You may download the request form here. A self addressed stamped envelope is required for the MLC to be mailed back to you, otherwise it will be left for pick up at our office. The cost is $50 for a single family, $75 for a multi family and $75 for commercial property.
