Veterans COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

There will be a pop-up COVID vaccination clinic for veterans on Monday, April 12th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Mayor Jean Levesque Community Life Center (401 Bridge Street) in Salem. All those eligible for the vaccine under the SAVE LIVES law can go to this clinic, or V.A. location to receive it.

The SAVE LIVES law covers ALL Veterans and includes:

• Reserve, Guard, Public Health officers, NOAA, Coast Guard, Academy cadets. If you served, you're now eligible, regardless of character of discharge or income level.

• Spouses of Veterans (this includes a widow or widower of a Veteran)

• Caregivers of Veterans

Spouses & caregivers will need their Veteran's name and last four of SSN to register; no additional documentation necessary.
