Fees

Minimum Building Permit Fee: $25.00.

Rates are:

• $7.00 per $1000 spent for 1 & 2 families.
• $11.00 per $1000 spent for Commercial Properties.

Archive Search Requests: $30.00

Certificate of Inspection basic fee: $60.00 (some properties are subject to a different fee schedule due to the nature of their use group.)

Certificate of Occupancy where applicable: $30.00.

Plumbiing and Gas Permits: Plumbing and Gas Permits are granted to Licensed Tradespeople only. Click here for the fee schedule effective 8/24/20.
