Zoning Board of Appeals 

Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of KEITH REGAN for a special permit per Section 3.3.2 Nonconforming Uses of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to change from one nonconforming use (light manufacturing) to another nonconforming use (plumbing supply business) at 218-222 HIGHLAND AVENUE (Map 8, Lot 124) (R1, B2, and RC Zoning Districts). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than August 11, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
