Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of DAVID PABICH for a special permit per Section 15-6 (d) of the Salem Code of Ordinances to allow the continued operation of two non-owner occupied short-term rental units in the seven-unit residential building at 24 LYNDE STREET (Map 26, Lot 428) (B5 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 6:30 PM, 1st floor, at 98 Washington Street.
