Zoning Board of Appeals 

Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of SALEM WATERVIEW DEVELOPMENTS, LLC for a variance from parking requirements in Section 5.1.9 Central Development (B5) District to provide one parking space per new dwelling unit rather than the required 1.5 spaces per unit at 30 FEDERAL STREET (Map 35, Lot 190) (B5 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than August 11, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
