This is a notice to inform you that the below petition for 6 White Street will be heard in the February 19, 2020 meeting of the City of Salem Zoning Board of Appeals. The meeting will be Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 6:30 PM, 98 Washington Street, 1st floor.

The publicly posted agenda for the January meeting of the Board noted that there was a request to withdraw this petition without prejudice. After the posting of that agenda, the petitioner rescinded the request to withdraw the petition without prejudice and is moving forward with the variance request. The Board will be considering the application on its merits in the regularly scheduled February meeting. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 6:30 PM, 98 Washington Street, 1st floor.
