Zoning Board of Appeals 

Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of NOTH SHORE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COALITION, INC. for a special permit per Section 3.1.2 Special Permit: Zoning Board of Appeals of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to operate a Medical Clinic at 73 LAFAYETTE STREET (Map 34, Lot 411) (B5 and ECOD Zoning Districts). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than March 10, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
