Neighborhood Improvement Advisory Council
Mission Statement
The Neighborhood Improvement Advisory Council identifies and review issues that affect Salem neighborhoods and works with the City to address them and improve the overall quality of life. The Neighborhood Improvement Advisory Council is comprised of the President (or their designee) of each neighborhood organization within the City of Salem.
