"Move Over" Law
STATE LAW REQUIRES DRIVERS TO SLOW DOWN & MOVE OVER FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES, TOW TRUCKS AND HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE VEHICLES.
In March of 2009 a state law was enacted making the failure to slow down and move over for stationary emergency vehicles, tow trucks and highway maintenance vehicles a fine of $100.
