I. Call of Meeting to Order
a. Summary of Public Participation Policy (SC Policy #6409).
Read aloud: The Salem School Committee would like to hear from the public on issues that affect the school district and are within the scope of the Committee’s responsibilities. Spanish interpretation is available for anyone who needs it.

c. Field trip request for 7th & 8th grade students of Saltonstall School for an in-state overnight field trip to Nature’s Classroom at Camp Wingate Kirkland in Yarmouth Port, MA for October 25-October 29, 2021.
d. Field trip request for Salem High School Basketball team to travel to Orlando, FL to compete in a Tournament from December 15-December 19, 2021.
