Private Peter A. McDonough, a native of 31 Flint Street, served in the US Army during World War I. He was born on November 28, 1892 in Salem.
Tragically, he died on August 25th, 1918 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of Peter and Mary and brother to Mary Sheehan of Peabody.
