Salem District Court Redevelopment

Timeline:

• July 10, 2015:  Salem Redevelopment Authority (SRA) selects developer Diamond Sinacori LLC to redevelop the former Salem District Court property at 65 Washington Street.
• January 31, 2017:  SRA and Diamond Sinacori enter into a Land Disposition Agreement (LDA).  An amended version was executed on 6/1/2017.
• August 9, 2017:  Project proposal receives approval of its schematic design from the SRA.
