NOTICE OF SITE VISIT
The Salem Conservation Commission will hold a site visit at 16, 18, and 20 Franklin Street (currently Ferris Junkyard) on Sunday, January 6 at 8am. The purpose of the site visit is to inspect the site of the proposed construction of a 42-unit residential condominium development, associated parking, landscaping and utilities, site remediation, shoreline cleanup and stabilization, removal of junk materials, and construction of a public access walkway within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL c131§40) and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
