Public Meeting: Draft Adaptive Reuse Zoning Overlay District

In response to a City Council request, the Department of Planning and Communitiy Development has developed an amendment to the zoning ordinance that would establish an adaptive reuse overlay district. The purpose of the overlay is to make it feasible for eligible buildings to be reused and revitalized. Public input is being sought at a public meeting on July 9, 2018, at 6:00 PM prior to the ordinance being submitted for the City Council meeting on July 19, 2018.
