Bridge Street Neck Zoning Forum

Bridge Street Neck’s unique character is changing. In 2019, Bridge Street neighbors worked with the City to update a vision for the neighborhood. Neighbors, the City, and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) are now working on zoning regulations to help implement that vision.

The draft zoning regulates what can be built, the design, and the kind of uses allowed. We need your input to make sure the zoning standards are consistent with what is desired for the neighborhood.

All Bridge Street Neck stakeholders are invited participate in a public forum regarding potential new zoning for portions of Bridge Street Neck. This is the second of two identical forums.  The first forum will be held on Wednesday, August 18th at 6pm. Both forums will present the same content, so you only need to attend one to provide your input.
