Text SALEM to 99411 to sign up for CodeRED

The City of Salem is now offering a text to subscribe function for those who wish to sign up for CodeRED, the City's reverse notification system. Simply text SALEM to 99411, then fill out the registration form. You can receive alerts by phone, email, and text. CodeRED is used by the City to share emergency notifications, severe weather alerts, reports about road closures and utility outages, and notices about changes to City services. You can also sign up online by visiting www.salem.com/codered.
