Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of JOSH CHMARA for a special permit per Section 3.3.2 Nonconforming Uses of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to change from one non-conforming use (single-family dwelling) to another (two-family dwelling), and a variance from Section 5.1.8 Table of Required Parking Spaces to construct two parking spaces instead of the required three spaces at 157 BOSTON STREET (Map 16, Lot 66) (B2 and ECOD Zoning Districts). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than January 13, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
